There are no hidden charges, everything is inclusive in your price.

Fishing permits can be obtained from the nearby caravan park for daily,half daily and evening fishing on Cogra Moss which is a 10 min walk from the cottage. Advanced arrangements can be made. A well behaved pet is welcome by arrangement.

The cottage will be available after 4pm on the day of your arrival, could I ask you to have vacated it by 10am on the day of your departure. Alternative arrangements can be agreed at the time of booking if feasible.
